I grew up in Selby, a small town in North Yorkshire, and always loved writing even when I was tiny. I remember being six years old and bashing out little stories on our BBC Acorn computer! Inspired by the Point Horror series, I wrote a YA vampire novel in my teens and would re-draft it every year in the summer holidays, but I had no idea of how to go about even trying to get published. My brother Jon, and his wife Shanelles' little guy was born exactly 1 week early yesterday at 2 pm His name is Levi Joel and boy o boy, he is precious! He weighed 8 lbs 6 oz and has got a good pair of lungs on him! Congrats jon and shanelle, you guys are truly blessed! I'll definately be having her for my next birth! Tuesday, April 19, 2011.
