Sunday, March 29, 2009. Chad's cord finally fell off so it was time for a real bath. Those sponge baths are just not the same. Even though we were excited for his first bath, Chad didn't seem to share the same sentiment and cried during most of the bath. Thursday, November 4, 2010. I LOVE THIS BABY! I can't believe Sawyer is 8 months already! How fast the time has gone by. I want him to stay as he is for just a while longer. I am so enjoying his current stage. He is such a happy baby and LOVES LOVE LOVES his mama! He is such a busy body and I know he is just itching to crawl so that he can get into EVERYTHING! Thursday, March 18, 2010. We were so surprised on Friday the 12th to hear from Sawyer's NICU nurses that he would be coming home on Saturday! Regardless of the situation it can make for some pretty good jokes. The doctor told me yesterday that I had basically swallowed Chernobyl. Thursday, February 12, 2009. Things are getting back to normal. I am back on all my medications and eating a normal diet. It will take a while to get my energy back but I am already feeling better. I even went shopping with a friend today. Thank you everyone for your love and support. Good to hear things are getting better if not quite normal yet.
