Life in the Yellow House. Just wanted to share bits and pieces of our life here in the Yellow House. Thursday, July 7, 2011. Well he has finally arrived! Asa was born July 6th at 10:51 am. He weighed 7lbs 8oz. 20 1/2 inches long. His mommy was so happy to have him here. the 9 months of anticipation were well worth that cute little face. Oh he is so perfect! His brothers and sisters came to meet him just a couple of hours after he was born. They all anxiously awaited their turn to hold him!

Life in the Yellow House. Just wanted to share bits and pieces of our life here in the Yellow House. Sunday, January 16, 2011. They had a fun day bringing in the new year by sledding! Well I missed Mary's in December so here is a recap on Mary turning 12. Her dad took her and 4 of her friends ice skating. They had a good time but I think they spent a lot of time getting up :)! Today she was a youth speaker in sacrament and did a great job! We are so proud of her and the good choices she makes!

Make every moment a memory. Friday, April 15, 2011. Life is not so "hip" for Tanner. I had no clue what would be wrong. He had batting practice the night before and seemed fine. He had complained a few days earlier that his leg hurt but never said any more about it and had baseball game and practices that he went to and no complaints. I asked him if he had maybe been hit by the ball. He said no. For now I am just really glad that his smile has returned. It was so hard to see him without it.

Make every moment a memory. Thursday, January 28, 2010. The last week we have had alot of rain, which means the mountains get lots of snow. Last Saturday we decided to take the kids up to Kyle Canyon and do some sledding. We had such a great time. The kids made snow forts and had snowball fights. Kyle and I just enjoyed spending the day together. Kyle climbed the highest to make the best sledding run. Tanner had a great time sledding. He even tried body sledding (it didn't work so well). Life in the Yellow House. Just wanted to share bits and pieces of our life here in the Yellow House. Friday, December 9, 2011. Asa is 5 months. Asa is growing so fast but they always do! He turned 5 months this week and here he is sitting up. Thursday, December 8, 2011. Last week the kids had a 3 day weekend because they had a snow day. On Friday we woke up to 15inches of snow. I couldn't believe it. This is the most we have had at once since we have lived here. The kids played all day and the next!

Life in the Yellow House. Just wanted to share bits and pieces of our life here in the Yellow House. Tuesday, June 1, 2010. We were invited by Aunt Jenifer to meet her family at El Morro National Monument. We had a wonderful time! We started off with a picnic. Then we started off on the 2 mile hike around and then to the top of El Morro. We saw a number of inscriptions they were amazing, here is a sample! Some were dated as far back as 1605.
