For Christmas last year my parents got me this awesome book called Artisan Bread in Five Minutes A Day. Link to book on Amazon.com. Almost ready for the oven. That said, it's a lot easier than my favorite pizza doughs, which all require at least an hour rise ( and needs an overnight cold rise.but it's worth it. Or something like that. But it starts to get "tacky" after a few days, so it's best eaten right away or within a few days. I think the lighter sour cream, lacking a lot of fat, dries out a bit.
