Food, recipes, and lessons in the kitchen and out. Thursday, January 15, 2009. Multigrain Pasta with Asparagus, Lemon, and Basil. I don’t love the whole wheat pasta but the Barilla Plus Multigrain Pasta is good. Its high fiber, high protein, and high in Omega-3’s and tastes great. I’m serving this healthy recipe with a big green salad. 12 ounces cooked Barilla Plus Multigrain Spaghetti. 1 pound fresh asparagus, cut into 1 ½ inch pieces. 1 tablespoon olive oil. 2 cloves garlic, chopped.

یک شیرینی بنام و اصیل فرانسوی. ظاهرا قضیه این بوده که یک شیرینی پز فرانسوی وقتی قرابیه درست میکرده خشک میشدن و بعدش برای جلوگیری ازضرر تصمیم میگیره دوتا شو با یک چی مثل چسب( گناشی/ مربایی/.) بهم بچسبونه که هم قیافه اش جدیدبشه و هم رطوبتش تامین. خود شیرینی در اصل یک مرنگی هست که با پودر بادوم درست میشه و برای اینکار میتونین از دستور زیر استفاده کنین:. پودر بادوم بسیار اعلا۳/۴ پ( که میتونین با بادم پوست گرفته شده و آسیاب کردن و از الک رد کردن تهیه کنین). پودر قند ۱ پ. سفیده تخم مرغ ۲ عدد. تخم مرغ ۳ عدد.
