Ma Vie En France! My Year Abroad in France with AFS. Vendredi 8 août 2008. Visas, Details, Excitement, and Pre-packing. So, I got my visa! It was a lot easier than planned. We went to the consulate once, and had to wait for about 2 hours, but then just gave them the paperwork, and then got a sticker to put in my passport! French visas are so pretty too! My last day of volunteering at the Santa Monica Pier Aquarium was on the 9th. It's all coming to a close, really. Ehenough talk. I need to pack.

Http:/ www.thespottedlamb.com/1/post/2012/05/slim-potato-casserole.html. I was intrigued with this recipe because first of all, it said SLIM in the title. Secondly, it stated it had no butter, sour cream, or condensed soup in it! How crazy is that? Instead, it uses the ever so popular greek yogurt. I tweaked the recipe just a bit, but here’s the recipe. I bag frozen hash browns.
