What is Chi Running. Archive for September, 2012. Race Recap: Color Me Rad. Last Saturday was the 5k Color Me Rad. Race here in Reno. I ran it with D, two local friends and three of their friends who came into town for it. We named our team The Gary Buseys, and we had a lot of team pride. Overall it was super fun. It was nice to run a no-pressure event, and be more concerned with ‘getting colored,’ keeping track of all the teammates, and yelling out “Gary Busey Whoo! The only downside to these color runs?

What is Chi Running. Day 41: 6 miles in Charm City. November 12, 2012 at 6:16 pm. Welp, I ran 6 miles on Saturday, which was the second time I’ve ever run that far, ever. My legs felt like lead after such a bit of a long run on Friday. Which turned out much more aggressive than I thought), so it was a bit of a struggle but I finished. And I finished at my nephews’ soccer games and it was so awesome to watch them play. Little kid soccer is hilarious but they both did so great. The Domino Sugar Factory.
