Being His Hands and Feet. Thursday, September 27, 2012. We had our consulate appointment today. We went to the US consulate and took an oath stating that all our paperwork was correct and accurate. We should receive Myah's visa tomorrow and that completes everything here and then we can leave Saturday. I can't wait to go home! Started the morning with feeding the koi fish right outside the restaurant. First you drive through then walk the park. It was cool enough that the animals were out and active.

We had lunch on the island too. We ate at Lucy's, it's a restaurant that serves American food. I mainly enjoyed the french fries and the 80's classic rock music they played. My husband had to try the apple pie, let's just say they definitely weren't his apples. I took maybe three bites. Different food options available.

Being His Hands and Feet. I've heard some people are born with the adoption bug.I don't know when I first became aware of the need to adopt, but I don't really think I ever thought I wouldn't. I was so glad God had laid adoption on his heart too. Fast forward 18 years and 2 homegrown kids later and we are FINALLY on our journey to our precious daughter who is in Ch*na.
