Amanda Participation in Occupation 2. Tuesday, 4 October 2011. Ergonomics: 2. Baking a chocolate cake. I then began putting all the ingredients together found in the recipe and continued making the cake using mindfulness. I use ergonomics again while baking by making slight adjustments to the activity so I was able to bake the cake using a microwave instead of an oven. 1 1/3 cup flour. 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder. 1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. 1 Combine butter, sugar and egg in a mixing bowl until fluffy.

Baking chocolate cookies: the recipe. 1/3 cup brown sugar. 1/3 cup caster sugar. 1 egg lightly beaten. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. 1 1/4 cup flour. 1 cup chocolate chips. 1 Beat butter, essence, sugar and egg until smooth. 2 Then stir in remaining dry ingredients until mixed through. 3 Bake at 180 degrees for 10- 15 minutes or until slightly brown. It was a bit time consuming which could be considered bad ethics, but overall the baking went well. 1/4 cup golden syrup. 1/3 cup brown sugar. 1/4 cup self raising flour. 1 teaspoon baking soda. 1 1/4 cup icing sugar. 1 Pre heat oven to 180 degrees. 2 Beat butter, sugar and syrup in a bowl until light and creamy. 3 Add egg gradually. 5 Knead for two minutes.

Apple and cinnamon muffins ( my adapted recipe). 2 1/2 cups flour. 1 teaspoon baking powder. 1 Combine in one bowl sugar butter and eggs until light and fluffy. 2Mix in flour baking powder and cinnamon. 3 Make a well in the center of the mixture and pour in milk and apples. 4 fold together mixture, do not mix as muffins will turn tough. Home made bread recipe:. 1 Table spoon sugar. 1 cup warm water. 1Combine yeast sugar and warm water and leave to sit for approx 10- 20 minutes. 2 Combine flour baking powder and salt by sifting into a large mixing bowl. 3 Make a well in the center of the flour, add oil and yeast mix. 4 Mix together and kneed for five minutes. 5Put aside for 20minutes to let the dough rise.
