Chris Wieland, Photographer. The abandoned McMillan Sand Filtration Site. Washington, DC. Came under military control during the second world war and was then more or less forgotten about. Ashler Hall / Prince Mongo's Castle nightclub. Built in 1890's by the Snowden family, reused commercially a few times and then it ended up a nightclub. It has lied abandoned for years but is now slated to be repurposed into a Veteran's facility. Building on Jackson Avenue. Abandoned section of Raleigh Springs Mall.
