Live, laugh, love: Meet Swimmy Jr.
http://lanageren.blogspot.com/2015/08/meet-swimmy-jr.html
Monday, August 3, 2015. In our house we have three fish tanks. One is a large fish tank in the office that holds multiple, tropical fish. Then, we have two small tanks upstairs for our two Betta fish, Bubbles and Sharky. When I went to feed Bubbles one night, he was mysteriously gone! There was no sign of him in the fish tank. Unfortunately, he must've gotten a wild streak and jumped OUT of the fish tank near the back by the filter, where there is a small opening. We found him on the ground. Center a hre...

Saturday, August 29, 2015. We are in our second season of baseball and we are loving it. It has kept us busy, especially with school starting. This season is more serious than tball, but it's fun. So far we have played three games and won two of them. Easton is having fun playing with some of the boys from his tball team. Sneak peek of our baseball pictures! Saturday, August 22, 2015. First Day of Kindergarten! As I knew he would, he LOVES Kindergarten! It's so incredibly bittersweet for him to be in Kin...

http://lanageren.blogspot.com/2015_05_01_archive.html
Tuesday, May 5, 2015. All week Easton knew that we'd be checking out of our hotel on Friday morning and then heading to Disney. Closer to the end of the week, I knew that Easton would be really sad to leave. Don't you think leaving is no fun? Dolphins are one of my favorite animals - probably my second favorite animal. Easton loved looking at them so we decided to do a 15 minute dolphin encounter with him. We really enjoyed it. We learned about dolphins, worked with them doing different signa...We purcha...

Live, laugh, love: End of Summer Randomness
http://lanageren.blogspot.com/2015/08/end-of-summer-randomness.html
Sunday, August 9, 2015. End of Summer Randomness. Our summer has officially ended and school is starting this week. I wanted to post a picture of some of our last minute summer fun! Easton finished round two of swim lessons and he made SO much progress in this class. He was so eager to jump in, he was going underwater, he no longer needs/wants goggles, and he can swim pretty well independently. At the end of each class, he had to jump in and swim back to the side unassisted. He ROCKED it! Easton starts K...

Monday, August 10, 2015. Last full day of summer = SWIMMING! On my last full day of summer, I took Easton to a nearby YMCA to swim. It wasn't crowded at all so we enjoyed about 3-4 hours of swimming time. Easton, of course, loved every minute of it! So long, summer! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Elf on the Shelf. Live, laugh, love: State Park fun with Mimi!
http://lanageren.blogspot.com/2015/08/state-park-fun-with-mimi.html
Sunday, August 2, 2015. State Park fun with Mimi! A few weeks ago I had the opportunity to go to the Scholastic Reading Summit in Birmingham, Alabama with several ladies from my new school. We left on a Wednesday morning and got back home Thursday night. My mom graciously offered to drive to Georgia on Tuesday to stay with Easton while I was gone. They had a lot of fun on Wednesday at the library seeing the Reptile Wranlger. On Friday, we went to a local state park for some outdoor fun! Elf on the Shelf.

Live, laugh, love: March 2015

Saturday, March 14, 2015. We have been as busy as bees lately so I'm popping in really quick to post a few photos from our life lately! M&M are still sweet pups and they are a hot mess, but we love them! A week or so ago we had a snow day. Easton was thrilled and was hoping for a lot of snow. Unfortunately, we only had a few flurries and it was gone. So our "snow day" and state of emergency ended up with a lot of rain. More to come on that soon. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Live, laugh, love: April 2015
http://lanageren.blogspot.com/2015_04_01_archive.html
Thursday, April 30, 2015. Disney - Hollywood Studios. On our fourth day in Disney we headed to Hollywood Studios for the first part of the day and then went to Epcot that afternoon. We'd originally planned on being at HS all day Wednesday and Epcot all day Thursday, but we quickly realized two things: 1) We really wanted to go back to Magic Kingdom for one more full day and 2) We could squeeze Hollywood Studios and Epcot in to one day. Easton enjoyed getting autographs of his favorite characters. I was j...

Live, laugh, love: October 2014
http://lanageren.blogspot.com/2014_10_01_archive.html
Friday, October 17, 2014. After our short trip to Tennessee, we headed back home for a few days of rest before starting school back. Mimi came back with us so we enjoyed having her here with us. Easton always loves when she's here. Fall Break came and went so fast, but it was so nice. I loved spending the days with Easton. After being a SAHM mom for half a year to working full time (even though I love teaching! Has been a hard transition some days/weeks so I loved our time together. After the service was...
