I have compared the migration of people to jellyfish therefore it seemed only apt to use jelly moulds. These were victorian and quite hard to find. I also used biscuit cutters to decorate the plates. The bowls have blood red glaze to show the danger most of them would have faced in making the journey to Britain. When clumped together they look like oyster shells or sea urchins. October 3, 2016.
