The Celebrity Clowns once again held its anual reception at Brampton City Hall to present cheques to the Nation Service Dogs as well as the Brampton Board of Trade Parade committee. The Brampton Celebrity Clowns were established in the Spring of 2002 sponsored by the Brampton Kiwanis Club and participated in their first Brampton Santa Claus Parade in November 2002. This fun loving group is formed from business people and individuals who pay to become a clown with all proceeds dedicated to children's charities. 2014 Santa Claus Parade. The Brampton Celebrity Clowns along with Watmac and the Fire Truck again attended the Brampton Santa Claus Parade this year. This years parade wasagain one of the largest with attendance pegged at around 180,000 according to local news media. This year we had another large group of clowns along with the Mayfield High School Band. Celebrating their 10 year partnership with the Celebrity Clowns, the National Service Dogs. Again joined the clowns with 6 handlers and therapy dogs.

On November 6, 2014, the Brampton Celebrity Clowns presented their contributions to the National Service Dogs and the Brampton Board of Trade during their annual Cocktail Party for clown participants in the parade. Since its inception in 2002 the Brampton Celebrity Clowns have contributed nearly $100,000.00 to children's charities. To date equipment has been donated to Osler Hospital's Children's Ward, guide dogs for Autistic Children in Brampton through the National Service Dogs and funding to the music scholarship program at Mayfield School. 2013 Santa Claus Parade. Once again, the Brampton Celebrity Clowns along with Watmac and the Fire Truck attended and led the Brampton Santa Claus Parade this year. This years parade was one of the largest in the history of the Brampton Santa Claus Parade. According to the Brampton Guardian. This year's attendance was pegged at around 179,000 for the 90-minute long parade. Both the clowns and all the children along the parade route had a great time. What a way to start the Christmas season!
