Is it bedtime yet? I do love my kids.I do! But, seriously, sometimes bedtime just can't come soon enough! Monday, August 22, 2011. First Day of School. Ryan and Gabe started school last Monday, August 15th. Ryan started 8th grade at Desert Hills Middle School and Gabe started 6th grade at Sunrise Ridge Intermediate School. I was more excited than they were. Gabe was pretty nervous but is doing well so far. I think keeping him focused and organized may be a challenge but we can do it! My Honey and I.

Isn't he just the most handsome little boy! I have (over the last few weeks) been listening to "The New Strong-Willed Child" by Dr. James Dobson. There are times when Avery is just the most loveable, cuddly, most wonderful kid ever. I don't know if he actually qualifies as a TRUE Stong-Willed Child. Avery's 3rd Birthday party was on September 26! We had it at the First Baptist Church Playground. It is so nice there, and we don't have to worry about other kids playing, cause there were none! I think it was a HUGE success! I have attached ALOT of pictures so be prepared! Avery being silly.waiting (somewhat impatiently) for everyone to get there so he could have cake and open presents! I got him these jeans at Tiny Tots for $6.00! Just nothing like a little Levi's rear! Ginny took this picture of Lily!

It is FREEZING outside! Lily was supposed to go back to school on Monday (Jan 4) but has been home for an extra week, because of snow and cold! I don't know what the actual temp is outside, but I know it's cold! The kids have had a great week! They have gotten along really well! That has been quite a blessing. Lily's Dance Recital was on May 16 th. It was so GREAT! It's amazing to see how far she's come in the past year! It's so hard to believe she's been dancing for 2 years now! She was 3 when she started! Their tap routine was to "Good Ship Lollipop" and was adorable. I was very disappointed that it didn't record. I'm not real sure what happened to it. We went to California for Spring Break. We went to Disneyland for 3 days and visited beaches in the area. The first full day we were there we went to Long Beach. Just when I am beginning to think that we are all getting better, we get hit again, HARD!
