Life Lessons on the Journey to a Marathon. Wednesday, December 15, 2010. Going to the Doctors. I'm still here. Last week I was ill and didn't do anything. except pilates last Monday. I rode my bike some Sunday night. I have gone to Pilates twice this week and feel good about that. This PF injury is still causing me a lot of grief! Embarrassing for me, but true. I have a high pain tolerance but this makes me want to bawl my eyes out. Even when the pain isn't the sharp, stabbing pain it is a dull ache.

Much Ado About Nothing. Sunday, July 11, 2010. There have been so many changes lately, that my heart and brain haven't had time to process it all. I thought I'd sit down today and do a little catching up. I really dislike my pregnant body. Many of you know, I worked hard to lose 30 pounds this last year. I was feeling very confident and optimistic about my future. Then things changed and it was time to finally have baby #4. What a mess! I've discovered the first signs of varicose veins. UGH!

Wednesday, March 19, 2014. Capitol with a capital "C". Grandpa Gary works security at the Capitol for the Legislative Session each year. We took advantage of a no school Monday and went up to see him. The girls love visiting with the guys in the green jackets to get a salt water taffy. Visiting the capitol is better than a parade! Life According to the Nydeggers. Friday, January 15, 2010. Since Grandma and Grandpas pool was open it seemed the natural place to have a party. It's such a fun place to play and I think all of the girls had a great time. We really try to make our kids birthdays a special day all about them. I think Nikki felt that way. She has some cute little friends in the neighborhood and of course her fun cousins. we lucked out and it was a beautiful fall day. Angie Lou thanks for the birthday celebration!
