Conifer Newcomers and Neighbors. Welcome to the CN&N Grants Information Page! Conifer Newcomers and Neighbors. Is a nonprofit organization founded in 1970 to welcome new residents to the Hwy 285 mountain corridor. The organization’s first Holiday Boutique was in 1977. The Boutique has grown from a small craft show featuring member’s handicrafts to a major arts and crafts exhibit with 75-100 talented artists and craftsmen from around Colorado. This is a community fundraiser run entirely by club volunteers.
