Represents a comprehensive, cooperative, and continuing planning process for the Casper Metropolitan Planning Area (MPA). The LRTP analyzes existing and future year roadway conditions, transit operations, non-motorized facilities, rail operations, and airport operations in order to identify transportation deficiencies.
