Susie in Real Life: August 2008
http://susieinreallife.blogspot.com/2008_08_01_archive.html
Susie in Real Life. Saturday, August 16, 2008. For the past week I can't seem to look away from the TV. Screen. Every night. I get sucked into the Beijing Olympic Games and am amazed at the power and abilities of all the athletes. Most of the time I marvel at swimmers like Michael Phelps who continually shatters Olympic records and is now the most awarded athlete in Olympic history. I was also thrilled and thoroughly. Monday, August 11, 2008. In Washington, it almost felt like coming home, but it just wa...

Susie in Real Life: July 2008
http://susieinreallife.blogspot.com/2008_07_01_archive.html
Susie in Real Life. Thursday, July 17, 2008. For as long as I can remember, I have had two passions in my life: books and movies. Although my taste in either may have changed over the years my dedication to them has never faltered. Now in college, I have realized I want to marry the two and write screenplays. This is my dream job. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Shelfari: Book reviews on your book blog. Watercolor Backroads-Original Artwork by Craig Harris. My All Time Favorite Movies. 500) Days of Summer.

Friday, October 31, 2008. We took these pictures at our ward Trunk or Treat last weekend. We had a fun time and the kids were so excited to put on their costumes early. We decided to make Grant a little lion, isn't he so cute! Juliana and Malia wanted to be fairy princesses. Juliana loved having a big puffy skirt and magic wand. Abracadabra . . .poof I turn you into a frog! I didn't really dress up, I just bought a cheap witch hat to join the fun. Josh dressed up for school as a pirate. Arrr Matey! Julia...

Monday, February 23, 2009. Also part of our mini makeover I finally talked the girls into trying curlers again. We put them in Saturday night after baths and let them sleep all night with the curlers in. They looked so cute and were so excited to see the end result. Links to this post. Monday, February 16, 2009. Let's Go Fly A Kite. We barely got the kites out of their packages and he was off and running. We finally had to get the stroller so we could help the girls. Thursday, July 9, 2009. The Best Day Ever! We had a fun fourth of July this year. Malia said, "It was the best day ever! Malia's birthday is on the sixth of July so we had a little family party at my Mom's to celebrate her big day. She was giddy with excitement. And loved that we opened presents and saw fireworks all in the same day. She got some fun games, clothes and her princess crown and earrings. Cake and lots of good summer cooking. And thought it was soooo. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

Sunday, June 28, 2009. A Day With Friends. Grant and Audrey loved the Popsicles. I have to say that Popsicles. Were probably not the greatest idea, but all the kids loved them and getting messy is just part of the fun! Juliana is a little younger than Ben, but they also played well and didn't slow down until it was time to go. That keep moving. There should be a law against it! Thanks. :) Ive missed you guys too. Sunday, November 30, 2008. A First Time for Everything. I know that this is a forever long post, but my last first was putting up our new Christmas tree. I love it. It is a 71/2 foot tree that is pre. Lit with 1500 lights. It was so much easier that our old tree and I love all the lights. Our old tree didn't have the lights and it took me forever to add all the stands of lights. I miss having a real tree, but I do love how pretty this one is. Thanks to the people who invented pre. Susie in Real Life: Happenings in the Burg
http://susieinreallife.blogspot.com/2008/10/happenings-in-burg.html
Susie in Real Life. Friday, October 31, 2008. Happenings in the Burg. We had to pose by a semi truck and we just happened to find one in front of McDonald's. You can kind of see the Fries, which was basically why we picked this one. We had to pose next to one of our favorite statues on campus so we picked this one on front of the Austin building. I don't know if it was our favorite, but it makes for a great photo op. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Shelfari: Book reviews on your book blog. The Book o...
