The winds are howling and the snow is flying and so what better thing to do than fill your home with muffiny goodness. These light cakey muffins are chock full of blueberries and topped with some crunchy turbinado sugar. Tasty and satisfying. Makes 12 medium sized muffins. 7 tbsp butter, melted. 1/2 cup maple syrup or honey. 1 cup whole wheat flour. 2 tsp baking powder.
