Wednesday, February 4, 2009. 4 cups Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free rolled oats (see previous post regarding these). 1 cup sliced gluten free almonds. 1 cup chopped gluten free pecans. 1 cup Natures Path gluten free crispy brown rice cereal. 1/3 cup canola oil. 1 teaspoon McCormick real vanilla extract. 1 Tablespoon McCormick ground cinnamon. 1 Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. 3 Bake in preheated oven, for 10 minutes. Toaster Oven Peanut Butter Cookies (Gluten Free). 1 cup gluten free peanut butter ( I use Skippy or Earth Balance Creamy Natural, or Justin's Classic). Mix ingredients together in a bowl with a spoon. Shape into balls and place on cookie sheet. Press with fork with crisscross pattern. Bake at 325 degrees for 8 minutes. I accidently cooked his GF waffles in our old toaster.I didn't realize it 'till after I got home from dropping him off at school. Half bottle of white wine (use a wine that tastes just as good to drink * if it tastes bad to drink it will taste bad to eat). Rice (I like Basmati, it's a long grain, brown or white).
