It is even better when you are with the building owner. 1) I never bring enough water. 2) Working with an owner and walking them through not only the issues of the building but also re-prioritizing the project as a whole to align with the clients overall needs is key. We are currently undergoing some big changes including an attempt to update the clunky website we have been using for a while. Reasons are varied, mostly because we are undergoing a rebranding effort as TOIstudio has entered the professional Architecture foray. We are working towards cleaner, simpler and more engaging.
