Abby's Road Trips: Downtown Seattle
http://abbyroadtrip.blogspot.com/2012/09/downtown-seattle.html
Traveling down Abby's road. Tuesday, September 25, 2012. Everyone told me that late July/early August was the best time to visit Seattle and they were right. These were the only raincoats I saw on my sunny days there. I started my day with the Underground Seattle tour that was highly recommended by Rachel (thanks! I also found the Seattle Public Library too. It was an awesome building. I grabbed a smoothie in their coffee lounge and then walked around marveling at their use of helvetica. I agree. The...

Saturday, November 8, 2008. Okay so we kinda stink at blogging, and it took a really kind post from Marissa Peterson who mentioned that "her computer might be broken" because she couldn't see any of our pictures! In reality, we haven't TOUCHED the blog. :) SO, I'm going to be better. I promise. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Confessions of a Pioneer Woman. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year 2016. The Honest Tooth: May 2009
http://thehonesttooth.blogspot.com/2009_05_01_archive.html
Wednesday, May 27, 2009. After nine months of waiting, we're pleased to announce the arrival of Gert! Katelyn Rebecca McIntyre was born on May 17th at 7:18am! She weighed 7lbs 10.9oz and was 20.5 inches long! It was a long labor (24 hours, with 3 and a half hours of pushing! But well worth it (I can say that now that it's over). It was great having my Mom here to help and spoil Katelyn- she put in some late nights with me! Katelyn is now over a week old and she's already changed so much!

Nelsens with an 'E': August 2014
http://karaandjohn.blogspot.com/2014_08_01_archive.html
Nelsens with an 'E'. The ongoing adventures of John, Kara, Andrew and Grant Nelsen. Thursday, August 21, 2014. Ten years ago today was one of the most important days of my life. I remember vividly how excited and terrified I was of getting married. I loved John and wanted to married him, felt like it was the right thing to do.but even so, marriage is scary! So, in honor of our ten year anniversary (which, by the way, means that I've spent 1/3 of my life with him! 5 He helps around the house. A lot...

A Day in the Mind of E.A.T.: Trees
http://erinannthomas33.blogspot.com/2011/11/trees.html
A Day in the Mind of E.A.T. A forum for the drivel of small thoughts and mediocre poetry. Sunday, November 20, 2011. We hiked the Billy Goat trail along the Potomac River by Great Falls for my brother's birthday. Both of us felt instantly giddy. "How did I not know this was here? My brother kept exclaiming and planned to take his church youth group the very next week. What's the big deal? Rocks" What more could anybody really need? We lived under majesty. I love the variety of trees that grow in my neigh...

Life at Home: April 2010
http://fugalfamilyathome.blogspot.com/2010_04_01_archive.html
Friday, April 16, 2010. We patched it up the best we could before we left, called the landlord who said he would have it replaced before we returned from San Diego in about week. When we returned the front door had not been touched. When we called he said he was waiting for a carpenter to come out to see if it could be repaired! The wood was rotted through and the glass bowled out! He came over later that day and duck taped it! Sunday, April 11, 2010. My Baby is 3. The happy Birthday Boy. One day I will ...

Life at Home: February 2011
http://fugalfamilyathome.blogspot.com/2011_02_01_archive.html
Tuesday, February 22, 2011. Friday, February 18, 2011. Chocolate coconut banana peanut butter shake. The shake taste best with frozen bananas). 6 frozen coconut milk ice cubes. Enough coconut milk to cover ice cubes (I use the SO Delicious Coconut milk sold in cartons near the soy milk, the vanilla flavor has a less strong coconut flavor but I also like the orginal for when I want more coconut flavor). 1-2 tbsp of peanut butter (or more to taste). 1-2 tbsp of chocolate milk mix (or more to taste).

Life at Home: A walk down memory lane
http://fugalfamilyathome.blogspot.com/2011/01/walk-down-memory-lane.html
Monday, January 31, 2011. A walk down memory lane. This past week I spent several hours in memories, searching through thousands of our photos from the last five years to select the ones I wanted to put on digital frame I bought Brigham for Christmas. It was so much fun to go back through pictures I have not looked at in years, and be reminded that, yes, I really have beautiful children. Right before my eyes, I watch James evolve from this smiling charmer:. Into this mischievous smiler:.
