Saturday, January 07, 2012. Frostbite Half Marathon 2012. Well I can't believe it has been that long. looking back at my older post back in 2005. Six years later I finally get my chance to run in the Frostbite half-marathon. I injured my knee because of over training that year and I haven't run the full distance until now.
