Man i really pushed it this morning. almost became one of those fools who is forced to leave their car on the side of 85/75 because they were too lazy to get gas. i’ve never seen as many abandoned cars on the side of the highway in my life, as i do everyday on the way to work in Atlanta. But feeling good today after some good rest and had a good workout at crossfit. Got seven rounds of wed workout before my body quit on me. Have a pork shoulder in a crock pot for dinner. Rubbed it with cinnamon, black pepper, salt, cayenne, etc. Have bok choy, shitake, and cabbage to go with it.
