Mrs Lapierre Room 104 Grade 2. In grade 2, students are asked to ad and subtract using place value to help them build a strong foundation prior to working on multiple step tasks in upper grades. When a student builds a strong foundation, understands the mathematical terms being used, and can complete a task with fluency, they are ready to move on to tasks using multiple steps and skills. Mrs Lapierre Room 104 Grade 2. Students begin arriving from the buses at 8:20. They may report to breakfast or the gymnasium while awaiting homeroom. Homeroom begins at 8:40. That is when we get organized for a hard days work! Lunch is at 11:54 each day. Recess is at 12:17. Grade 2 Room 104. Week 2 Fridays extra Art 10:22.
