Bobu Leene: May 2012
http://bobuleene.blogspot.com/2012_05_01_archive.html
Tuesday, May 15, 2012. The Dog of Nightmares. It's been awhile, again. Just uploading a couple of sketches I did of a friend's sociopathic canine. One is him in his good moments; the other, his manic mode. You decide which is which. Links to this Post. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Devil Bill and Spenser. Frank Cho's Web site. Bobu Leene: October 2013
http://bobuleene.blogspot.com/2013_10_01_archive.html
Wednesday, October 23, 2013. Boozehound on the lower right. My favorite character that I have never done anything with. Created him while I was England, that much I remember; he's basically a denizen of a bar of unusual characters, who can travel through time whenever he drinks. Never without a martini glass in hand. Bobu Leene: Lone Killer
http://bobuleene.blogspot.com/2013/11/lone-killer.html
Friday, November 1, 2013. Lone Killer" was a concept that my man Rob Duffy and I kicked around in the late '90s. My usual roguish self ended up bogarting the idea, and I briefly drew a comic strip with the character as I envisioned it. There were only a handful of them; they ran a few times in "The Aquarian" magazine. Above, Child gets a glimpse of Lone Killer. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Devil Bill and Spenser. Bobu Leene: October 2011
http://bobuleene.blogspot.com/2011_10_01_archive.html
Tuesday, October 11, 2011. Guys with Spears Jumping Around Rooftops. I was compelled recently to go buy a bunch of Matt Wagner's Grendel. Stuff, specifically the Hunter Rose stories, for no particular reason (maybe some nostalgia). Picked up some random issues and the Grendel Archive, a hardcover compendium that contains the earliest Grendel stories (essentially what I would like to do with the entire Bobu Leene series thus far). More Wagnerism and Grendel: http:/ www.mattwagnercomics.com/.

Bobu Leene: The InComplete Bobu Leene
http://bobuleene.blogspot.com/2013/11/the-incomplete-bobu-leene.html
Wednesday, November 13, 2013. The InComplete Bobu Leene. A montage of some of the cooler pages from. The InComplete Bobu Leene. So yeah, I went ahead and did this: a collection of the complete (rather, incomplete) Bobu Leene comics. Not sure why anybody but me would want this thing, but there you have it- it's available from Lulu HERE. It collects issues 1-12 of Bobu Leene (which I think ran in '96-'97.the years get foggy) and then almost all of the Lone Killer strips. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

Bobu Leene: November 2012
http://bobuleene.blogspot.com/2012_11_01_archive.html
Sunday, November 25, 2012. An argumentative looking rat, in the vein of that-guy-who-drew-googley-eyed-crazed-monsters-from-back-in-the-day. Above, my five-year-old daughter Reno's version of Mickey and Minnie. Links to this Post. Saturday, November 24, 2012. The Dearth of Superheroes. A photo of a panel from Bobu Leene #13, done earlier this year. At the time I was doing Bobu Leene. Anyways, just some 10 cent psychologizin'. Hope to add some more sketches down the line. Bobu Leene: July 2012
http://bobuleene.blogspot.com/2012_07_01_archive.html
Sunday, July 29, 2012. Here's cool image taken by Mark Berman of Middle Earth comics.it shows a copy of Bobu Leene #1 as well as some original art I did that would end up as an "ad" in one of the subsequent issues. The "ad" features Bobu Leene in a comic book store that looks suspiciously like Middle Earth. Links to this Post. Saturday, July 7, 2012. Links to this Post. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).
