Eye Spy with My Kiwi Eye: August 2013
http://eyespywithmykiwieye.blogspot.com/2013_08_01_archive.html
Thursday, 29 August 2013. Letter to a friend. I am an imperfect person. That is for sure. I feel a lot and I think far too much than one really should. I worry a little too much ( caused by the over-thinking. I am all of these things and have a longer line than we have time for of all of my imperfections, but at the end of the line, my imperfections –like those that live within us all – make me up to be me, and for that reason I hereby wouldn't change a single one of them. I note the obvious differences.

Eye Spy with My Kiwi Eye: Thought of the day...
http://eyespywithmykiwieye.blogspot.com/2015/06/thought-of-day.html
Friday, 5 June 2015. Thought of the day. This beautiful Buddhist quote found its way to my inbox two days ago, and it made me think. The times when you are suffering and struggling in that way, taking action, and working really hard, are the greatest opportunities for you to do your human revolution and make headway in changing your karma. 8203; Morning always follows night. Having faith that a new day will arrive is the spirit of Nichiren Buddhism. The important thing is not to quit, not to give...Since...

Eye Spy with My Kiwi Eye: July 2012

Friday, 20 July 2012. The last few weeks. So sorry I’ve been away from blogging for what feels like forever! It’s been a busy couple of weeks to say the least. Wanted to quickly update you on what I’ve been up to. I asked our friends Keith and Sylwia to take a picture of Filip and I, in a funky and beautiful café nearby our house (. Well old house…more on that later. Turns out I had a momentary colour blind moment picking highlighter yellow…How did I get that so wrong. Minus the pretty paper. In town, an...

Eye Spy with My Kiwi Eye: April 2013
http://eyespywithmykiwieye.blogspot.com/2013_04_01_archive.html
Wednesday, 24 April 2013. It is the most perfect day in London today – clear blue skies and a cool breeze, the sun shining as brightly as ever and the warmth of her rays hitting everyone in their way ;) Amazing. London in the sunshine is just such a different city – the landmarks look different, the tube feels brighter and airier ( we’re not in summer just yet – so air is still available. And the people finally bring their best fashion accessory available – they smile! It’s cool in Yotopia’s. Am super ex...

Eye Spy with My Kiwi Eye: March 2013
http://eyespywithmykiwieye.blogspot.com/2013_03_01_archive.html
Tuesday, 19 March 2013. Thought of the week. So I’ve joined a book club! I know I know…Swedish lessons, Wedding planning, Weekly yoga, Meeting friends, Making time with my fiancé and family, working and soon to be dancing again hopefully too etc. etc. I’m living a busy busy life, but (and whilst I’m not crashing or burning out). Now for the second I know I know….A book club you ask…really? Hell yes is what. Did you seriously just say that? I thought and Secondly. How utterly judgemental and closed-minded.

Wednesday, 31 July 2013. A little slice of home. Home really is where the heart is, and whilst I'm adamant that London won't be my permanent home, a little piece of a heavenly home is what we're beginning to create here. It's taken us almost 10 months to put pictures on the wall, but as I say you really need to live in a place to get a feel for where things belong ( even if new-build style homes don't have an overtly unique presence or feel),. But creativity for my home, here I come! Cannot wait to buy t...

Tuesday, 21 August 2012. 2 days in Berlin. Life has been beyond hectic! I tell you London has missed the sunshine this year, so any chance we get we grab it.). Ice-cream is always needed when the sunshine is out :). The stories surrounding us, were intense and overwhelming, and seeing how everyone casually stood on the road where the wall once stood, made me stop for a second and try and imagine. It was surreal to say the least. Was fab fab fab, and although in a touristy area. Water tends to call to the.
