Just another WordPress.com weblog. March 12, 2009. A Week of Chaos! This week I chose to insert letter writing as my image. I had my first of three structured writing assignments. My students wrote a letter to President Johnson asking him to consider their plan for Reconstruction, and disputing or agreeing with two points from one of the actual plans. The responses were creative and informative. I think it was a strong assignment, as will be the ones that follow. Here’s to another week! March 6, 2009.
