2016, un millésime contrasté tardif : hard but nice! Encore une année compliquée et dure à vivre pour les vignerons avec cette succession d aléas climatiques. Mais au final un joli millésime! Oui car les sentiments vécus par les vignerons au fil de l année ne jouent pas sur la qualité des vins! Non car le profil bioclimatique global du millésime, très contrasté par l opposition des saisons, a finalement permis une belle maturation des raisins.
