Since then, we have completed two sets of training for volunteers to become Moving On volunteers and worked with a number of guests with very positive results. The Outcome Star System. Our aims and objectives. Our drop-in is held in The Salvation Army Hall, Foghamshire. It is easily accessible in the centre of Chippenham, and close to the shops, transport and services such as the Jobcentre and the Citizen’s Advice Bureau. We receive no statutory funding and charitable trusts are reluctant to fund running costs year after year.
