Ferrin Family Funny Farm. Tuesday, October 20, 2009. Since Braden and Jon both woke up with hacking coughs, I kept them home today. However, even though they are coughing, they are acting like their normal exuberant selves, so we had to come up with some educational entertainment ideas. We got out the "Big Loader" and the even bigger "BIG, BIG, Loader.". Posted by Ferrin Family Funny Farm. Monday, October 19, 2009. Posted by Ferrin Family Funny Farm. Pictures from Fall Break. Ferrin Family Funny Farm: December 2009
http://ferrinfamilyfunnyfarm.blogspot.com/2009_12_01_archive.html
Ferrin Family Funny Farm. Friday, December 11, 2009. Jon-Jon rediscovered the Ticke Me Elmo yesterday. Posted by Ferrin Family Funny Farm. For Family Home Evening this week, we drove to Alpine for the Living Nativity. There is a miniature town of Bethlehem with people dressed up as townspeople and lots of animals. Then there is an actual nativity with Joseph, Mary and the infant Christ. Of course, we chuckled a minute when Joseph stepped aside to take a call on his I-Phone. In November, we decided that i...

Almost Halfway There: June 2014
http://almosthalfwaythere.blogspot.com/2014_06_01_archive.html
Tuesday, June 10, 2014. This year we had the unexpected surprise of seeing a bunch of our Beck relatives at Grandma and Grandpa's grave. We are accustomed to just seeing my dad's side of the family on Memorial Day. But it was wonderful to see my mom's family too! Aunt Linda asked us to share some memories of Grandma and Grandpa Beck. We said goodbye to Florence and Elden and walked over to visit my mom's grave, my brother peter's grave and the other Clark graves. 3 Clark sisters left. Monday, June 2, 2014.

Almost Halfway There: Kauai - Gaylords, Napali Coast, Larry Rivera, Piopu, Waimea Canyon
http://almosthalfwaythere.blogspot.com/2015/01/kauai-gaylords-napali-coast-larry.html
Tuesday, January 20, 2015. Kauai - Gaylords, Napali Coast, Larry Rivera, Piopu, Waimea Canyon. We enjoyed an amazing dinner (with a train ride included) at Gaylords, a restored plantation. The next day we drove to the North shore and hiked a trail on the NaPali coast. It was a drizzly day which made for a nice cool hike, but terrible crazy mud that caked our shoes and splattered our legs. We felt a little unsure about this sign. It has tick marks for the number of deaths at the beach we were hiking to.

Monday, February 10, 2014. During the Christmas break we visited the Ice Castles up in Midway. We debated whether it would look cooler in the daytime or the dark - so we decided to do both! We grabbed some dinner - at a Chinese place in Heber that was an adventure in and of itself - and then returned to the ice castles to see them all it up! It was very cool! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).
