That he had his mom make this dip especially for me and brought it back to Athens…and didn’t even take a bite before the delivery! 1 lb chicken breast, cooked and diced – I used the pre-cut/cooked chicken because I had it in the fridge and it was easy. 8 oz block of cream cheese softened. 8 oz shredded sharp cheddar cheese. Chopped jalepenos to taste.
