The Act of Returning to Normal. Sobriety is so much better than I thought possible. Saturday, March 30, 2013. Not-smoking, Day 4. I never realized how many times a day I would have to say "no". The other thing I've realized is that I relied on the excuse of smoking quite a bit. I let it excuse and soften my failures.
