A manual system of stopping Platform Magic from spraying eg: cups still on - cow going around again. Installed at the cups-off position, it lets off an alarm when it sees the reflector hanging on the rotary rail placed there by the cups-on operator. This alarm alerts the operator/s to draft that cow. Avoids cows still milking being sprayed twice by the Platform Magic. Platform Magic identifies when to spray the teats by using electronic eyes that see the bale position and cow. Once the target is identified, it sprays a measured dose immediately after the cups are off, just prior to the cow backing off. How long does the mixed up solution last in the Pressure Vessel? No more than 7 days maximum. However, this depends on your water quality. The in race unit has a raised spray platform design that ensures it is positioned between the cows legs as they walk through, which exposes the udders to the spray nozzles. The spray is triggered by a light beam at the entrance of the unit that senses when the cow walks past. They come in both single and double packages.
