Today I have felt kinda weird. I ended having to lay down for a bit today cause I was feeling kinda sick. All I have had is coffee, which is probably the reason I felt that way. I don't like coffee. I need some sort of flavoring for it that is sugarfree. So it's 4:30pm and I haven't eaten anything YET. Last night I did ok. But I had like 4 pieces of bread with margarine. What the heck is that right? Bread is evil.seriously that is my downfall. I know, I wasn't even hungry but boredom took over.

Ok so I haven't updated my journal in a few days. I did my fast a little while ago and felt amazing. I seriously think I lost like tons of weight. It's hard for me to say how much cause I don't have a scale and I haven't had one for years. I weighed myself at my friends house in the summer and I was 135lbs.
