THE ADVENTURES OF SARS. Monday, July 18, 2011. So we're up to May now, folks! Huge thanks to my mom and Maya for throwing me a fantastic shower in Davis! Despite the unusual rainy weather and the 4 stitches in my eyelid (I somehow walked into a car door the night before), the party went off without and hitch and I came away a very spoiled bride with lots of goodies and many great recipes to try. Thanks to all those who were able to attend. It was wonderful to see you all! Mom busy with the preparations.

The next day, we met up with Simon's sister, Susan, her husband, Geoff, and their family for a fabulous day at the Zelandia sanctuary.
