Oh what a to do. Thursday, May 17, 2012. For years now Andy has been telling me about a horrible Disney movie called “Summer Magic”. This movie came one year before Mary Poppins and I am SO glad Disney learned their lesson. I suppose I would call “Summer Magic” moderately entertaining because it provided excellent mocking material. All of this is forgivable until you reach the song “Femininity”. Oh what a to do. Wednesday, January 18, 2012. Who pulls a bus over? So, my darling coworker told me a quizzical story that I had to pass along. She commutes daily on the fast bus from Orem to Salt Lake City. The fast buses are really nice: coach style, easy to sleep on, smooth ride, etc. She enjoys the fast bus for many reasons and has taken it for some time now. People were silent as they tried to figure out what the issue was. Tail light out? Improper use of signal? Who uses a signal in Utah anyway?

Living and Loving as a Twenty-Something. Wednesday, February 22, 2012. Our second day at the carepoint was probably one of the hottest days I think I've ever experienced. But that was not the biggest thing to take away from the day. What an amazing experience to serve these kids in that way. Several moments during that time I found tears in my eyes. It was incredible to find that the washing of feet, no matter where they are, still have the power to show love to others. Please pray for members of our tea...

Tuesday, August 6, 2013. At the young age of 22, singing for opera directors was far more intimidating. Now, it is just what I do, but it is far more rewarding, and I have the skills to prepare for them. The feedback I received was wonderful. When the audition was over, the party commenced: at the science museum, Zoo, and aquarium. Lynn McMillan is one of my favorite people, we had so much fun, and the sloth bear is a must see! Sunday, August 5, 2012. In the Spring of 2012, both Oliver and Aiden decided they wanted to sign up for soccer. To say that it was so much fun would be an understatement. Four days a week we got out of the house and went to practices or games. We all went. It was a package deal. Here are some photos of the season.
