Wednesday, September 4, 2013. The month of August has been filled with lots of out door activities for the Gilchrist Family. We have had beautiful weather so we have tried to take advantage of it before it turns cold again! First off we made our annual trip to Stony Brook National Park. We love going here and hiking along the path, wading in the water, and seeing all the beautiful water falls. We never get sick of visiting this fun place! Plus he has a cute little bum! Proof that we have a thumb sucker.

Thursday, April 04, 2013. Cooling off at the Water Park. Last summer we visited Seven Peaks Water Park a couple of times with our pass of all passes. It was pretty crazy crowded but it was worth it to go even for a short amount of time with little ones. The boys loved playing in the water. We mainly hung around the kiddie area and Simon loved going down the tube slide. Brian convinced him to go and then we couldn't stop him! Pure joy on this kids face! These two were more adventurous than me usually.

Thomas, Julie, Daxton, and Zane. Sunday, August 23, 2009. Yesterday was Tom's birthday! We had a ton of fun and Thomas had a lot of surprises. Our morning started out with a breakfast in bed of cold cereal - yum! Then, Tom's best friend Josh came up from Tucson to visit for the day. We went to a store called Fry's Electronics where Josh let Thomas pick out a present. He chose a game called Overlord II. After that Josh took us out to eat for second-breakfast at a Waffle House. Tuesday, June 29, 2010. Cisco Shout Out (Rachel Young). So far we've made it over to San Francisco. It was, of course, foggy, but still cool. I really wanted to do the Alcatraz tour but the trolley ride came first. We've been to the beach a couple of Saturdays because that's what you do in California.
