The culinary chronicles of a college student. Monthly Archives: April 2011. April 28, 2011. The region presentations introduced so many details to Italian food, history, geography, tradition, and culture that I never would have learned otherwise. Some of these things were very interesting and picturesque. Some others, though, were quite disgusting and I would have much rather not learned about them. (Although, I guess I should be grateful so that I can avoid these things in the future.). April 19, 2011.
