I am now a coffee drinker (the jury's still out on whether or not this is a positive change, I'm going to say yes because it makes me feel more grown-up). How about an update? 1) Never doubt myself, I'm capable of a lot more than I think I am. 2) Don't be afraid to try something new. 3) To love each other deeply, for love covers a multitude of sins. (1 Peter 4:8). 4) Never trust first impressions, good or bad. 5) I should not be allowed to speak or make decisions after 1 am, bad things happen if I do. 6) Schedules and appointments are good, but a little spontaneity never hurt anyone.

Tuesday, July 21, 2009. Just tagged me (sorta) in the "7 things challenge". So here are 7 completely random things about me:. I can't point my big toes. yes, on both feet. The rest of my toes point, but, the big toes just stay straight up, it's horrible! I am claustrophobic, pretty hardcore. I don't do well with large crowds, and I can't sleep unless my feet are outside the covers. I figured out that this has something to do with my claustrophobia. I'm trying to decide if I'm more excited or scared.

I was thrilled when I found costumes for 75% off! Anyway Nik loved his Obi Wan Kenobi costume (even though he can't pronounce it). It's a little big so he'll be able to enjoy it for years to come. Life is anything but boring for our blended family. Monday, November 16, 2009. This summer the "heat" never really hit and was altogether pretty mild. However I've been very grateful that, except for a week here or there, we have had an indian summer, until now. Goodbye flip flops and light jackets, hello boots and down coats. Even last week we hit 70! Here they are in line, Sophia and Kara are in matching pink and brown outfits. Sophia was tall enough to go by herself, while Aunt Tricia took the others.
