I have two little sisters, a little brother, two dogs, and a mom and dad. We’re pretty much normal. But are we? Are the majority of American families really all living under one roof in harmony with more than one child and pets? They were the ones who said it was okay for them to raise children, weren’t they? Thursday, September 6, 2007. This week I was thinking about homosexuality and homophobia. Although I previously thought that identifying as a feminist would automatically label me as a masculine female, I have learned that there are many women who are very feminine and still actively support the goals of feminism. As I saw in the first youtube video for this class, many men label feminists as lesbians. This deters many women from openly professing their feminism. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).
