Rookie Blog: October 2010
http://weatherlyclan.blogspot.com/2010_10_01_archive.html
Friday, October 8, 2010. Aren't we all allowed a few "totally DUMB" moments? So today is my anniversary. Happy Anniversary Joe. Six years we have been married. I can honestly say it's easier now than ever before and that I adore my husband. I have had a few serious dumb moments since we've been married, most recently with a magic eraser, and I thought they would be fun to share. Joe is ever gracious about them when he "brings them up". So I did it lightly on my hand first and it was amazing.then a li...

Rookie Blog: July 2012
http://weatherlyclan.blogspot.com/2012_07_01_archive.html
Wednesday, July 25, 2012. A few pics and details of our Florida house. Joe put up the microwave. The kitchen is small, but since he and my dad added some shelves, it's doable. Looking out from the kitchen is this little nook, probably for the table, but we made it an extension of the kitchen with island and Pantry from Lowe's. Laundry Room outside the back door in a little add-on. Since the homes are so old, most of the laundry rooms are in the garage or outside somewhere. Kids' bathroom. Shower only.

Rookie Blog: May 2011

Sunday, May 15, 2011. So I know this is a wee bit late, but I had to put in their fun experience. Rook and Alexa had soo much fun dying eggs. We decided 7 would be plenty since they wouldn't eat them and I didn't have alot of eggs.We just put them in salad instead of hiding them around the house. We did a fun little candy egg and prize hunt with our neighbors the Mendenhalls. It's been a tradition ever since they moved in. Here they are with their masterpieces. The kids had so much fun that when Grandma ...

Rookie Blog: March 2011
http://weatherlyclan.blogspot.com/2011_03_01_archive.html
Thursday, March 17, 2011. I think I just need to stop crying. My kids had a busy weekend and ended up getting fevers and Rook had a couple of rounds of vomit. The surprising thing to me everytime they get sick, is that they are so pleasant. Even when they are throwing up. They just want to be held or wrapped up tight. Alexa had a fever and a little congestion, but not vomit. She was coughing one night and kind of whining and I went in to see what was the matter. I said "Alexa what do you need? Rook start...

Rookie Blog: September 2010
http://weatherlyclan.blogspot.com/2010_09_01_archive.html
Sunday, September 26, 2010. Meet me in St. Louie.or St. George. We had a fabulous time being away from normal life and having Joe all to ourselves. We played lots of games, ate lots of food, and did lots of fun things. We made candy apples and the kids had so much decorating them and then eating them. We tried to convince them to let us cut theirs up and eat it that way, but both of them wanted to eat it whole and ended up licking off all the chocolate and caramel. While we were there, Joe and I went to ...

Rookie Blog: November 2010
http://weatherlyclan.blogspot.com/2010_11_01_archive.html
Thursday, November 4, 2010. Rook's Joyschool class dressed up and had a fun time for Halloween. This year's Weatherly Halloween was Star Wars theme. The kids had a great time at the Trunk or Treat and then handed some candy out on Halloween Night. Rook loved having an excuse to use his lightsaber. The kids were jealous of Joe's face paint job, so we did face painting for Family Night a few nights later. They had a blast painting my face. Tuesday, November 2, 2010. Alexa LOVES her dolls. We love watching ...

Rookie Blog: April 2011
http://weatherlyclan.blogspot.com/2011_04_01_archive.html
Monday, April 11, 2011. My belly, new Pj's and Soccer. And that really sums up our lives the last month. This is my 29 weeks photo. I tend to get bigger in back than in front. It's so lovely. At the end with Alexa I started to get spider veins in my leg and with this one, pretty much at 20 weeks I've had these. The other leg has the big bruisy ones behind my knee and they hurt. Compression tights are my constant companions. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Sweet Rook 4 years old. Preview of our Family Pictures.

Rookie Blog: Elyn turned 1
http://weatherlyclan.blogspot.com/2012/08/elyn-turned-1.html
Wednesday, August 1, 2012. Well my baby turned 1 right after we moved to Florida. We had some friends from church over for back-up singing and at home-made Cafe Rio. So here are pictures of Rook and Alexa at the same age. Who does she look like? I'm amazed looking back at these pictures at how different Rook and Alexa actually look. So fair, long face, no hair, thin eyes and round face, dark complexion, huge black eyes, tons of hair. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Sweet Rook 4 years old.
