Yes, its true, I am becoming nuts about nuts, and most food related things of a protein nature. Eggs, nuts, lean chicken, cottage cheese, protein pancakes….mmmm. Anyhow I was looking to make some kind of nutty bar to take into work or for eating straight after the gym, and was pressed for time as ever and had thought I could try making a flapjack without baking it.

Well written, funny, engaging, with emotional ups and downs that make you want to grab a marathon training plan by the balls.
