Beauty from Ashes – My Life Story. Clone of a Cinnabon. Grandma’s Cranberry Salad. I have no idea where I got this – it was years and years ago. I love this bread. So worth it! 1 cup butter, softened. 2 cups white sugar. 1 cup mashed bananas. 1 (15 ounce) can crushed pineapple w/ juice. 2 tsps. baking powder. 3/4 tsp. salt. 1/2 cup flaked coconut. 1/2 cup chopped walnuts. Preheat oven to 350. 9×5 loaf pan. In large bowl, cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Fold in coconut and walnuts.
