Family; during our time there we had an impromptu baby shower for their eldest daughter and her husband, Erika and Rigo. And with prayer helped to send off their eldest son, Julio Jr., to his first seminary position in Mexicali. We did a week-long Vacation Bible School ( VBS. I helped mix cement, paint, bend and cut rebar.

I met up with the Monterey Pacific Rotary. And shared what Rotary is all about with any inquiring minds. We had a picnic lunch afterwards on the grass thanks to a great lady named Maria, who saw a need for nourishment and came through with a yummy spread. The money donations for Annie's Blankets totalled $246.35!
