This a recovery post from last weekend's Jack and Back bike ride for MS. In case anyone was on the edge of their seats wondering if I succeeded, I not only rode 100 miles, but 116! Funny stories, random thoughts, and lasting memories. Posted by The Organ Family. On Friday, May 9, 2014. It is hard to believe that we have been in our new home for four weeks! We are finally starting to feel settled and like we are “home” and not just renting a condo for a week of vacation:). Mike and I were super excited to be building our “1. 8221; family home! In the past 11 years we have owned two other homes (a condo and a townhome); this one will actually make our 3. Since this is our “1. The Hou...

Funny stories, random thoughts, and lasting memories. Posted by The Organ Family. On Monday, April 8, 2013. Every year our church hosts an Easter Egg Hunt. Due to yucky wet weather, this year's Hunt was held indoors. On our way to find some eggs! McKinley was a little overwhelmed by the amount of kids and parents frantically grabbing plastic eggs. But she quickly got the hang of it and started adding eggs to her basket. After the hunt there was even time to play with friends and have a few snacks. We rec...

Funny stories, random thoughts, and lasting memories. Posted by The Organ Family. On Thursday, May 23, 2013. Over the past week I have been asking for suggestions and scouring the internet for "Big Sister" gift ideas. Mike and I both agreed that we wanted to get something "special" for McKinley, but being that she is only 2 years old, what really defines "special" for a 2 year old? Also, she just had a birthday and got plenty of new toys. Outfit for the Hospital:. This was definitely not a necessity, but...

The Organ Family: Boot Camp Update
http://organfamily.blogspot.com/2009/05/boot-camp-update.html
Funny stories, random thoughts, and lasting memories. Posted by The Organ Family. On Saturday, May 2, 2009. Well it is official, I have finished my first month of boot camp. I have to be honest, I wasn't sure if I would like getting up at 4:30 in the morning and being told what to do. But I loved every minute of it. There is something to starting your day early. I feel like I am more productive during the day and even though I do get sore from the work outs, it is a good sore. May 3, 2009 at 8:11 PM.
