http://asucculentlife.blogspot.com/2014_03_01_archive.html
Sunday, March 30, 2014. A sewn reversible messenger bag. I 've nearly completely my first handmade bag. When it is completely done, I will show it turned both ways. Now that I see it, the bright, colorful fruit pattern might make for a good lunch bag. I will have to see how it looks turned the other way! It's been a lot of fun to do this evening, following Debbie Shore on YouTube's video. Hope to show more pics soon! PS See the bag turned both ways HERE. Sunday, March 30, 2014. A Succulent Life!: January 2015
http://asucculentlife.blogspot.com/2015_01_01_archive.html
Friday, January 9, 2015. Taking down the Christmas tree, and put up the little 2 foot Valentine tree today. Its very cute. I found the pink lights at Big Lots yesterday, and that sort of cinched the deal. Almost all of the ornaments and chains (garlands) were made previous years by the grands. I took photos from all three sides. I know, I'm just a silly Chika! Now I am slowly working on finishing the other tree takedown. Here are some Swedish Heart baskets that Emmie and I made from Christmas cards!

Lovin' my Life: Make Me A Meal: Stuffed Zucchini
http://lindseyatlovinmylife.blogspot.com/2014/08/make-me-meal-stuffed-zucchini.html
Tuesday, August 5, 2014. Make Me A Meal: Stuffed Zucchini. When a co-worker offers you a homegrown zucchini. That dwarfs the size of a football*. You make stuffed zucchini. My way of paying homage to my late great grandpa. Growing up my mom would take my sister and I out to my Great Grandparent's farm. And I just remember how big his zucchini's were - compared to the little ones we used to get at our local farm - and just hoping that my mom would bring it home to make stuffed zucchini. Microwave the zucc...

I started with a regular 4x6 photo that I printed at walgreens of each of my boys doing one of their favorite activities. I then cut out each child and placed on my overhead projector. I know its old school, but it works for me. I used to go into my children's school and use the schools overhead until I found my own at a garage sale for $5! I made my own frame for this so this is a...
