Having waited all year for the unbeatable taste of home-grown tomatoes, now we all have more than we know what to do with! This easy soup is a great way to use up your excess tomatoes (as well as the misshapen, bruised and over-ripe ones) and will freeze well for a delicious winter warmer later in the year.
