Tekakor med rostade havregryn. Juni 5, 2014. Ekakor är enligt mig ett väldigt bra frukostbröd. Bara att plocka fram, rosta och dressa med pålägg. Superenkelt och en mycket bättre start på dagen är att snooza över frukosten. Havregrynen i en långpanna och rosta dem i ugnen i 200 tills de fått lite färg. Rör några gånger under tiden. Ljummet vatten, smulad jäst, salt, honung, havregryn och det mesta av mjölet i en bunke. Degen ordentligt, helst i maskin. Låt jäsa övertäckt i ca 1 timme. I ca 12 minuter.
