Tuesday, April 6, 2010. Hittin' The Bike Trails again. After a nice workout yesterday and a good trail run in the evening yesterday and a very light barbell complex this morning.I wanted to take advantage of some gorgeous weather in sunny San Diego and took my hybrid Trek out for a ride.
